This intermediate statistics course gives students familiarity with statistical tools used to analyze data in a variety of disciplines, and provides experience reading and understanding studies based on data analysis. Topics include multiple regression, repeated measures, logistic regression, analysis of variance, transformation of data, and nonparametric methods. Prerequisite: STAT E-50, or the equivalent. In addition, at the first class meeting, students must complete an assessment test.
