杨灿，男，1957年生，湖南长沙市人。1975年参加工作(电力厂工人)；1978年考入大学学习，毕
业后在政府统计部门工作；旋考入厦门大学统计专业攻读硕士研究生，1987年毕业留校任教至今；
1994年获经济学博士学位。现任厦门大学经济学院教授、博士生导师，并任计划统计系主任、国民经
济与核算研究所所长，为厦门大学统计学国家重点学科学术带头人之一。
主要研究方向为：国民经济核算、统计理论方法、宏观经济数量分析。先后主持国家社科基金项
目、教育部博士点基金项目、全国统计科研重点项目、福建省社科规划重点项目和一般项目等十余项
研究工作。出版著作和教材12部(含个人专著与合著)；发表学术论文50余篇（其中，发表于本专业权
威刊物《统计研究》的论文近20篇)。有关研究成果分别获得国家级和省、部、市、厅级奖励20余项。
主讲本科课程“国民经济统计学”获福建省普通高等学校优秀课程奖（第一获奖人）。2002年被福建
省委宣传部、省人事厅和省社科联授予“福建省十大优秀青年社会科学工作者”称号与奖励。2003年
获厦门大学教学名师奖。
主要学术兼职有：全国统计教材编审委员会委员、中国投入产出学会常务理事、中国国民经济核
算研究会理事、中国统计教育学会常务理事、福建省统计学会和厦门市统计学会常务理事、《福建统
计》杂志副主编等。

Yang Can, male, economic PhD, professor and doctoral supervisor, a native of Changsha,
Hunan Province, was born in 1957. Now holding a post as the dean of the Department of
the Planning and Statistics of Xiamen University and the director of the National
Economy and Accounting Institute. Other major posts are the director of Chinese Input-
Output Society, National Economy and Accounting Society, Chinese Statistical Teaching
Society, Xiamen Statistics Society and Fujian Statistics Society and the Vice-Editor-in-
chief of Fujian Statistics etc. Yang specializes in national economic accounting,
statistical theory and method, quantitative analysis in Macro-Economics. He has presided
in succession at several projects of National Social Scientific Fund, published 10 works
and textbooks, as well as over 50 academic papers. More than 20 of his achievements were
awarded by nation and province.
